How to determine and Order Your Beef:
About our Beef:
Our cattle are Mixed Breed of: Charolais, Angus, Holstein & some with Longhorn. The combination of our cattle genetics and management produces extremely lean beef, which results in a product that is lower in fat, cholesterol, and calories than most commercial beef. This translates into less shrinkage when cooking.
We prefer Hybrid "Grain on Pasture Finishing" or "Forage Finishing". We can however provide as a special order option "Grain Finishing in Confinement".
· Review the various processor meat cuts. These are approximate given each animal will weigh differently. You can select options from Quarter Beef, to Full/Whole Beef.
· Click the “Beef Order Request” button. Fill out the form. It will provide us with your general interest. We need your name, address, home phone, work (daytime) phone, email, size of beef you’re ordering (quarter, half, full), choice of meat cuts. The "Beef Order Request" button is at the bottom of this page.
· We will contact you via email with feedback and request a time that we can call you go discuss your order in detail.
· Once we review your order with you and answer any questions you may have, we will send you a confirmation estimate. Once you accept the estimate, we will send you an invoice. The invoice will include your order based on estimated “hanging weight” and your ultimate cost will be based on actual weight. The price we quote will include meat processing though you will pay the Meat Processor directly.
· You will be required to place a 30% deposit on your order. We accept personal check/cash (4% order discount), PayPal (2.5% order discount), or credit card.
· Within 10 business days we will provide you with a time estimate for:
o Animal Delivery to the Meat Processor by email.
o The beef hangs for 10 to 14 days, and then the Meat Processor cuts and wraps the meat according to your order. The Meat Processor MAY call you to ensure they understand the “meat cuts” you have requested.
· The Meat Processor will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up. We can also assist you in making shipping arrangements.
